It’s winter solstice. The sun is indeed still, and we can take a moment. I journalled this morning, thinking about a Word of the Year. As the light turns, what am I leaving to 2022? What seeds am I carrying to 2023?
Love Rebellion! I chose Grace as I approach my 65th bday in 23, I feel a need to extend more grace to myself and as a consequence to others. The grace that is extended to me from the divine feminine, Our Mother.
Love it! Rebellion is in the air and I can't wait to see where this takes you. My word this year was Devotion but I feel like I fell short of it. I need like a monthly reminder of my word throughout the year 😉

I also wrote this morning and, based on those insights, am considering a combination of a three-breath-long appreciation practice coupled with a vibrational essence. I'll let that simmer for a day or two, see how it feels.
